Plans, privacy, and ownership

Understand billing, data ownership, privacy contacts, exports, and account responsibility.

This page answers the practical account questions users usually ask before sharing or deploying an assistant.

Workspace usage settings
Workspace usage settings with active projects, deployed assistants, sources, training examples, running jobs, and API keys.

Production owners should watch usage, running jobs, source volume, training examples, and API keys from workspace settings.

Billing basics

The public baseline is:

  • paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout
  • cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • refunds are handled case by case
  • billing questions go to billing@reticuli.ai

Data ownership

You keep rights to the data you upload and the models built from that data.

Reticuli needs permission to host, process, and operate the service for you. That permission is not ownership of your material.

Private and sensitive data

Do not upload material unless your workspace is allowed to use it for the assistant.

Before launch, confirm:

  • who is allowed to access the assistant
  • which sources it can use
  • whether any source contains sensitive data
  • who owns source updates
  • who can create or rotate API keys

Production ownership checklist

OwnerResponsibility
Workspace ownerBilling, plan, access, organization membership
Project ownerAssistant goal, source freshness, launch decision
Data ownerWhat can be uploaded or removed
Integration ownerAPI keys, key rotation, downstream app errors
Review ownerPlayground test set, feedback, regression decisions

Export and exit

The current terms state that users keep the right to export data and models for a limited period after termination.

Plan exports before closing an account or workspace.

Important limitation

AI assistants can make mistakes. Retrieval and fine-tuning reduce bad answers, but they do not make any system perfect.

Do not use Reticuli output as the only source for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
